Tips For A Good Night’s Sleep

For the insomniacs amongst us, there are thousands of ‘tips’ that people willingly offer us to help us find that elusive night of good quality sleep.

Acupuncture can help and many people say that they sleep much better after receiving acupuncture.

My colleague, Maushing Ni, here offers some Chinese based advice. I particularly like his inclusion of acupressure points that you can try on yourself, without harm and his suggestions for positions that may be conducive to sleep.
