The Benefits Of Tea

Tea has long been known as havingĀ  a variety of therapeutic properties. Green tea in particular has been shown to contain powerful antioxidants. Peppermint tea is commonly used to soothe the stomach and digestion.

My colleague, Maoshing Li, has composed a list of recipes for you to make your own tea to treat symptoms you may have. He includes a recipe for warming up, alertness, soothing the stomach and fighting colds. Check it out and get rummaging through those cupboards for your own remedies!
