I found Caitlin on the net, checked out her website which told me a great deal about her and what to expect, what could be achieved, costs etc. I emailed her to make contact and got a prompt reply back, then emailed again with a very long wish list. I phoned Caitlin to make an appointment and chatted to her, she was very professional, so friendly, gentle and caring, I felt like I had known her forever.

My wish list was to get rid of a bad virus I had (like a really bad flu), balance me out (hormones, emotions, everything were all over the place!), I was tired all the time, no energy, I felt drained, I couldn’t focus properly and I had also lost my sparkle. I was carrying extra weight (what I wanted to be was about 28 lbs lighter). I had left it too late to be well enough for my exams, but the virus was soon on its way. Caitlin balanced my emotions out, I felt happier almost straight after my first consultation, my energy returned and so did my sparkle. My weight dropped about a 1lb a week and is still going down. I find it easier now to focus on the task in hand, so my study has improved and the work is staying in my head.
