Pre-menstrual Syndrome describes the collection of
symptoms that many women experience in the lead-up to
menstruation each month. Commonly women may feel
irritable, snappy, tired, have breast tenderness,
feel weepy, have thigh pain and feel hotter, or crave
particular foods - often sweet or salty. Acupuncture
can offer a way to deal with such symptoms and I have
seen fantastic results with women amazed at how
different they can feel after a few treatments.
Usually I work with women over three menstrual cycles
to lessen such symptoms and put them back into
balance with their menstruation.
