More Qi Gong at Horsforth
26 April, 2009
Sue Dunham, acupuncturist and Qi Gong teacher is hosting another term of Qi Gong in Horsforth. In the 5 week term she will focus on Wild Goose V, a short and lively sequence of moves that energises while at the same time allowing you to feel securely centred. It has particular benefits for the Heart and in Chinese Medicine it is the heart that is responsible not only for the beating and blood flow through our physical heart but also our sleep and ability to feel joy. Who could ask for more! It starts at 7pm on Thursday 23rd April at Horsforth School.
Ring Sue if you want more information – 0772 961 7471 or 0113 269 8778.
