Meditation For Fertility in Leeds

Another Meditation for Fertility course will start on Saturday 6th March 2010 in Oakwood, Leeds LS8. The first course, run in January, was deemed a real success by those whom attended and so Diane is ofering another opportunity for woman to experience this relaxation method. The class will be run by experienced hypnotherapist Dianne Shillito who has a special interest in working with fertility. The 5 week course will encourage you to explore the relationship between mind and body and how thoughts you have affect you emotionally and physically. It will focus on self nurturing techniques and encourage you to find a place for relaxation. The cost of the course is £70 and runs between 9.15am-10.30am for 5 weeks.

I have recommended Diane to many clients over the past year who have been struggling with fertility and pregnancy issues. Many are anxious about whether they will ever conceive and go on to have a healthy happy baby. All my patients have reported back that they have found sessions with Diane to be very helpful. They feel more relaxed and have learned techniques to use to help them feel calmer. Many also have enjoyed the space to explore messages they may be giving themselves in a conscious or unconscious manner which may be affecting their fertility and to break these old habits. Although this course is being run for a group so individual guidance will not be given, I hope that the women who attend will find it a valuable resource and a support during the stressful time of trying to conceive.
