Acupuncture support for fertility, IVF and pregnancy
70% of my work is in the field of fertility, IVF support and pregnancy. Some people come to try to promote their natural fertility, others come as they are experiencing problems conceiving and some come as they are preparing for IUI, IVF or ICSI. Other women access treatment when pregnant to deal with a variety of pregnancy related issues. Having trained with Zita West in 2006 and Debra Betts in 2007 I have recently become an affiliated Zita West practitioner. I am also a member of the Acupuncture Fertility Network and the British Fertility Society. I meet regularly with Mr Rutherford, consultant at the Reproductive Medicine Unit, Leeds General Infirmary, and in this way keep abreast of fertility issues both in the Leeds Teaching Hospitals and nationally.
