Elle MacPherson Advocates Acupuncture

Model Elle MacPherson, known as ‘The Body’ in previous decades has recently spoken about her belief in maintaining her good health and fitness. The 46 year old has acupuncture regularly and uses Chinese herbs from her practitioner to get rid of any common illnesses.

Great to hear of a busy working mum like Elle taking time out for herself and seeing health as being about overall wellbeing, and of course, shes a great advert for acupuncture!
